Masrob Ali, 54, died in a collision with a car while driving on Wigan Road, Bolton, on 11 January.
Masrob was the third person known to have died on Greater Manchester’s roads in 2026.
Four people arrested Feb 2026 on suspicion of fraud, handling stolen goods and aggravated vehicle taking.
